Greetings to all our valued readers!

As we navigate the complexities of compliance and regulations, it's essential to stay ahead of the curve. Today, we want to extend a friendly yet crucial reminder to everyone involved: the submission of your Affirmative Action Programs (AAPs) to the OFCCP Contractors Portal is not just a requirement; it's a commitment to fairness and equality in our workplaces.

Don't wait until the last minute! We understand that the process can be intricate and sometimes, delays, expected or otherwise, can occur. It's always better to be proactive rather than reactive, especially when dealing with such significant submissions.

Essential Information and Resources

As a guiding light in this process, we want to provide you with the necessary information and resources. Here's what you need to know:

  • Mandatory Certification: All Supply and Services Contractors & Subcontractors meeting the thresholds for an AAP are required to use the OFCCP Contractors Portal (Contractor Portal FAQ: Certification – 1).

  • Annual Re-certification: Remember, you are required to re-certify annually (Contractor Portal FAQ: Certification - 5).

  • Important Dates: Mark your calendars! On March 30th, 2024, the status of all Supply and Services Federal Contractors will be reset to “Not Certified”. You will have from March 31st, 2024, to June 29th, 2024, to submit your required AAP(s).
